5th & 5th Signage Installed
New building signage was installed the morning of August 16th. The building’s north parking lot entrance features a large vertical sign that will emit light at night and add ambiance to the downtown area. Vertical signage on the east and west corners were also installed over the newly painted white trim.
Common Area & Parking Lot Renovations Underway
Demolition and renovations to the building’s west entrance and parking lot started early Monday. Niklason Masonry is conducting work on the parking lot and Midstates Flooring is completing the upgrade to the common areas.
